Welcome to RoboLand Kids Amusement Arcade's website. By accessing or
using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms
& Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our site and any services or
products offered. You understand and acknowledge that your decision to visit
RoboLand Kids Amusement Arcade and utilize its facilities, services, and
exhibits (or to make a dependent do so) is entirely voluntary. By purchasing
tickets or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Rules and Guidelines:

Roboland Kids Amusement Arcade, with commercial registration number
1074137, sells admission to RoboLand under the following terms and conditions:

  • Voluntary Participation: Your visit to RoboLand is entirely voluntary. You assume full responsibility for your safety and that of your dependents.

  • Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. It is not the staff’s responsibility to ensure your or your dependents' safety.

  • Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all safety guidelines provided by staff. Misuse of exhibits or premises will result in full liability being assumed by the participant.

  • Grip Socks Policy: To ensure safety and maintain general hygiene, all guests are required to wear our approved grip socks designed to maximize grip. Grip socks are not included in any package or ticket and must be purchased separately.

  • Accessibility Policy: We strive to ensure our facilities are accessible to all guests. Please note that strollers are not allowed inside the venue and should be left at the reception.

  • Food & Drink Policy: We have a no outside food policy. Adult and children's food and beverages must be ordered through us.

  • Liability: You are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment or facilities, as well as any theft or damage of RoboLand property.

  • Health Conditions: Declare that neither you nor your dependents have physical or medical conditions that could cause injury. You are responsible for all medical costs associated with injuries sustained.

  • Release of Liability: You agree to release Roboland Kids Amusement Arcade from any claims related to property damage, personal injury, or other losses.

  • Photo/Video Use: Roboland Kids Amusement Arcade may use photos or video footage of you or your dependents for advertising or promotional purposes. You consent to this use.

  • Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-cancellable, non-assignable, and non-refundable. However, bookings may be moved to a different available time slot at the management’s discretion.

  • Unauthorized Sellers: Tickets must be used by the purchaser and cannot be resold. Admission may be declined for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.

  • Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only through the original mode of payment.

Legal and Transaction Policies:

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The UAE is our country of domicile.

  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

  • When you make a payment for our products or services, your payment details are transmitted securely to our payment provider. The cardholder should retain a copy of the transaction records along with the Merchant policies and rules. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED or any other agreed currencies.

  • We will not deal with or provide services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with UAE law. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
     

Birthday Policies:

  • To confirm your booking, a non-refundable payment of 70% is required. The
    remaining balance must be settled at least two days before the party. Additional charges for extra children, extended time, and any additional birthday decorations or add-ons requested before or during the event will apply and must be paid before leaving the event.

  • Non-attendanceof any confirmed children on the party day is non-refundable by RoboLand.

  • Rescheduling party date should be made 15 days before the party and will be subject to
    availability.

  • Any add-ons listed by RoboLand must be obtained directly from us and cannot be sourced from third parties.

  • Bookings are on first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, the date and time are not
    confirmed until advance payment is received.

  • Please note that each package includes a detailed table of inclusions. RoboLand Kids
    Amusement Arcade is not responsible for providing items or services not listed
    in the table of inclusions and is not obligated to notify customers about what
    is not included. It is the customer's responsibility to review the table of
    inclusions for the booked package before making payment.

  • Please review the quotation terms and conditions carefully. They provide specific details about the terms applicable to your booking and any associated services. Ensure that you understand and agree to these terms before proceeding with your payment.

Camp Policies:

  • Please ensure your child brings daily essentials including a snack, lunch, water bottle, rubber grip socks, and spare clothes.

  • Children need to be at least 4 years of age prior to the start of the camp. Kindly note that we do not have the resources to be able to make exceptions in this respect.

  • When booking, select the child's age group. Our team may verify or adjust this to best meet the children's needs.

  • Siblings in different age groups will NOT be placed together to ensure children are engaged in activities appropriate for their age & development.

  • Price promotions are valid only for a specified period and only one discount or promotion can be applied per booking.

  • Adults are not allowed to accompany their children. Please ensure you adhere to the designated check-in time, as children cannot be left unattended before this time. For safety reasons, campers must sign in and out with the RoboLand team each day.

  • Campers may bring their own food (lunch and snacks) or parents can pre-order meals from the RoboLand at drop-off. Please avoid packing food that requires refrigeration or heating, as these services are not available due to Dubai Municipality food health and safety regulations. For the safety of all campers, nuts and products containing nuts are strictly prohibited.

  • Please arrive on time to pick up your child at the end of the camp. Only designated caretakers can pick up the camper(s), and their details must be provided during registration. If there are any changes to the designated caretaker, RoboLand must be notified at least 24 hours in advance via email at info@robolandentertainment.com. Please include the name and Emirates ID of the new caretaker, who must present their Emirates ID at pick-up.

  • RoboLand reserves the right to deny entry to children displaying flu symptoms. If your child has a fever, skin rash, flu symptoms, or any other communicable illness, please keep them at home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours and/or have been cleared by a doctor (with a doctor’s note if required). In case of an emergency or if your child becomes ill at camp, we will notify you immediately and ask that you pick them up as soon as possible. For medical emergencies, you authorize the in-house pediatric paramedic to administer necessary medication until you or an ambulance arrive. If your child requires medication during camp, a caretaker must be present to administer it; RoboLand staff or the in-house paramedic cannot do so.

  • Campers should not bring personal items, including electronics, as they will be fully engaged in camp activities. RoboLand® is not responsible for any damage, loss, or misplacement of personal items or money.

  • Please inform us of any allergies, accessibility needs, behavioral or emotional conditions, or other special requirements as soon as possible so we can make necessary accommodations.

  • For the safety of all, RoboLand reserves the right to remove anyone who does not adhere to camp rules or engages in unsafe behavior. If needed, we will contact parents to discuss alternatives. Continued issues may result in the camper being asked to stay home.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Once the camp begins, tickets are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Absences from the camp do not qualify for a refund. Cancellations made less than seven (7) calendar days before the start of the camp are also ineligible for a refund.

  • If a camper arrives without any of the required essentials and RoboLand has to provide them, the parent or guardian will be billed for these items at the end of the camp.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as names, contact details, and payment information when you use our website or interact with us. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. This information
is used to process orders, provide customer support, and enhance your experience. We do not sell or rent your information but may share it with service providers or as required by law. Our site uses cookies for functionality and analytics, and third-party advertisers may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your activities and deliver tailored advertisements; their practices are not covered by this policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.
